Data Science Internship: Data Mining to improve monitoring and validation for wafer alignment

Wat ga je doen?

Data from ASML machines are gathered for monitoring performance and analysis. This data is collected to enable and close our development feedback loop.For Wafer Alignment, this data is particularly useful to (1) measure product adoption, (2) collect typical values measured in the field to validate thresholds used in our machines and (3) to draw conclusions on how products and services are being used.This assignment is about further developing and implementing a method to extract and assign lot context data by combining several sources of data that are retrieved. By classifying the data based on lot, this data can be used to enrich Wafer Alignment objects for analysis purposes. Additionally, parameters and test results from ASML machines may be plotted per lot. Number of failures per lot may also be measured as part of the assignment. Finally it is important to show the results by generating plots that can be used on the Wafer Alignment dashboard.You will interact with a Wafer Alignment architect and several engineers that are involved in extending the Julia/database feedback loop tooling.
