HR Internship: Support HR EUV Factory team

Are you a bachelor or master student with an interest in HR? Are you interested to gain more insights in the work of HR professionals who support our business in helping achieving its business goals? Our HR team’s purpose and key priority on our people agenda is to bring happiness to the work floor. We do this through our HR support, the application of our policies, culture & leadership initiatives and many other activities together with our employees and managers.For this internship we are looking for someone to support the team in our day to day operations. This could range from answering questions from employees and managers to more administrative activities. Next to that we have several initiatives where we can use support around people related business (change) projects. This could be about the flexibility of our workforce, strategic workforce planning initiatives, change management projects and other. We are curious to your thoughts and ideas! Of course we will offer you the possibility to gain more insights in the work of a HR professional by involving you in various HR topics and activities that are running in ASML and the EUV factory.
